Monthly reports with information:
Real estate market in the Carpathians
According to research conducted by the Gradus Research Company in 2023 and 2024, Ukrainians prefer to stay in cottages as opposed to hotels. Despite the large number of new projects, demand still exceeds supply during the season. After the war, the borders will not open for Ukrainians to leave immediately. However, foreigners and men of military age will be able to increase the number of people traveling in our country, especially in the Carpathians.
When choosing a vacation, 61% of the guests surveyed named the natural environment of the location as the main criterion, followed by a favorable price, then safety and convenience of the route (slide from the Gradus presentation is attached).
The SVOBODA project meets these criteria: it is close to a ski resort, trekking routes, museums and attractions. Due to the small area of the house, the price is competitive among similar offers. The railway station is 6 km from the location and the asphalt road almost under the house makes the visit convenient both by car and train. There is no need to comment on the safety of staying in the Carpathians.
